Q1: Why do we choose natural pet products?/ 為何選擇天然寵物產品?

There are many commercial pet products are made with chemicals and many unhealthy substances. It will cause a great threat to pets' health in long term. 
Therefore, our all natural products are here to help our fur-iends adopt a carefree and healthy lifestyle.

在市面上，很多寵物產品含有對毛孩無益的化學物質，長期服用或使用會對毛孩的健康造成一定的風險。因此，本店希望透過製作一系例的天然產品，為毛孩塑造一個無憂無慮的健康生活。

Q2: Where are the products made? /你們的產品在那裏製造？ 

Most of our products are all handmade in Hong Kong. We use credible and sourced ingredients from all over the world. However, a portion of our natural treats are imported from Australia and Europe. 

本店大部分產品均是在香港手工製造。而每一項材料也是經過精挑細選和優質的，從不同國家入口。另一部分天然小食均是由澳洲及歐洲入口。

 
Q3: Are all the ingredients 100% safe for pets to consume? / 你們所有產品的成分是100%對毛孩安全嗎?

We have carefully considered both the potential harms and the benefits of each ingredient we use on our products. All the chosen ingredients are safe and nutritious for dogs/cats in general. However, every dog/cat is so different and does not react in the same way to the same ingredient. If you find your dog/cat has an allergic reaction, PLEASE STOP CONSUMING OR USING, AND CONSULT YOUR VETERINARIAN.

所有成分也經本店衡量當中對毛孩的好處及風險，安全及營養價值高。不過，每一名毛孩的體質有異，不能以遍概全。如發現毛孩對產品有過敏反應，請即停止食用，並儘快尋求獸醫協助。

Q4: What is your refund and exchange policy?/ 你們提供退貨及退款服務嗎？

Regrettably, all products are NOT refundable and exchangeable. 

所有產品均不能退款及換貨。 不便之處，敬請見諒。
