To enhance the flavour of beef, each sliced beef has been marinated with fresh rosemary leaves and then dehydrated at 75°C to kill bacteria (according to USDA standards) and lock in nutritions. Rosemary is a safe and healthy herb for animals and is Generally Regarded As Safe (GRAS) by AAFCO in the US.
